Mom, let’s talk about how hard it is to be a momtrepreneur. I’ve been thinking about what it takes to grow your business and everything else going on in your life. There was a post a few weeks back, called The Emotional Stages of Running a Business. When I first wrote this post it was very cathartic for me. So this past week, I was revisiting the ideas in this post. Going through it again, I realize I am so at the drip…drip…drip phase. Think of filling a cup up one drip at a time.
There is so much time and energy put into your business that it is really hard to keep going.

Mom Update
Nothing says old like being excited about getting a new refrigerator. Yes, I am excited about it.
I am already thinking about Christmas. With 8 of us in the house we need to start early. So if you need a white elephant gift, check out the Demotivation Journal.
Another mom update. Our book club picked the next book. I’ve made it to chapter 2. The book is called The Stationary Shop .
Kid Update
Take a look at the artwork the kids worked on in co-op. We studied Georgia O’Keeffe and the kids copied her artwork
Introducing read-alouds into our homeschool. I am going to start with the Who Was books: Bruce Lee, Dr. Seuss, Walt Disney, Jackie Chan, and Lucille Ball (one of my favorites).

Mom some days are good. Some days we just want to cry over our website analytics…and that’s ok. Share a highlight with us! The highlight for my day was definitely a new fridge.
