Getting to Know Herself
Part of Elisa’s story was that she was married at 19 and had her second child. For 11 years she struggled in her marriage. Finally, she was divorced. To many this seems to be an ending, but this was a beginning for her and her husband.
This was the time she needed to really start figuring things out. It was the hardest 3 years of her life, but she learned so much about herself that she would do it again.
After 3 years, they decided to try again. Struggling to combine two different and find common ground. It wasn’t working. There was an expectation that the other person needed to make them happy.
Circumstances are Neutral
This was a powerful lesson that Elisa learned. Realizing that circumstances are neutral, but her reaction wasn’t she realized that she could get the result that she always wanted.
Her husband didn’t need to change to make her happy. She didn’t need to control him for living la vida full.

This one tool revolutionized their relationship, and they did get married again. Elisa gained so much help from this one idea that she wanted to help other women better their lives.

Your Circumstances Don’t have to Define You
On her Instagram she shares her amazing reunion with her son that she gave up for adoption when he was a baby. At the young age of 15, she wanted to make the most out of her circumstances. She knew that she made a mistake, but she wanted to make it better. This was an incredibly hard decision.
