It is a phenomenon that can strike at anytime and anywhere is. It doesn’t care how many kids you have or how busy you are. What is this phenomenon…mom burnout.

What About Mom Burnout

I have been burned out. It felt like hitting a brick wall. I can’t move. Things that were easy to do, now feel like I am trying to run a marathon.

It is important to note that I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist, or anything like that. I am just going to share my own personal story with you.

As moms sometimes we just need what we are feel validated. We need to know that this is normal, I’m not unique it what I am feeling, and there is someone else out there who is experiencing it too.

My Experience with Mom Burnout

Mom burnout is much deeper than just a bad day or we have weeks where we just need a break. It feels like you can’t move or you have no motivation to do anything.

I can’t offer a prescriptive formula, but I can validate you in the feelings you are experiencing. If mom burnout is robbing you of your joy, of your energy, of your physical and emotional strength. Then watch this.
