Start A Blog — Daring Greatly, Success Is Never Guaranteed

My blog is officially live. It is exciting and mind blowing. To start a blog took a lot of wrestling. As I mentioned on the About the Blog page, the idea for this started back in 2017. It has been a long time in the making. There were a few pauses due to being pregnant and working on it with a newborn. But it is finally launched. To start a blog is just the beginning. It is not done, because this is something that never reaches a point of completion, just the next phase of growth.

To Start a Blog: Starts and Stops

When the idea for this took root back in 2017, I started making notes and writing my ideas down. I went back through that notebook full of scribblings and partially written thoughts, and it is amazing at how far this has come. It reminded me of those moments when I stopped working on this completely. I wrestled with the fear of investing so much time in this one thing and it would end up being a complete fail.

Do you have an idea taking root inside of you? But you are asking yourself all the should, could, would questions? Should I do this? Can I do this? Would it even be an idea that takes off?

The promise of success is never a guarantee, but I am reminded of a quote.
