The Process to become a Less Busy Mom
Alyssa starts with mindset. Mom, it is ok to not be busy and stressed out. It is ok to have a life that is not full of constant busyness.
Instead of coping with life, what can you actually handle. Take a long look and how many evenings out your family can handle. Then give yourself permission to stay home. What are your limits?
You need a mom break. Time just for you to unplug and recharge.
If your to-do list is a mile long, then you will not feel unbusy. You need to create the margin for yourself during the day.
Alyssa, gives herself 3 hours every day to recharge. I admit I was surprised, but I think this is a goal to work towards. Or something close to it.
